I was literally blown away when I was at the listing appointment! This is truly the most amazing FoxBoro townhome I have ever seen! Brand-new carpet, flooring, paint, etc. This home is also complete with a fireplace with tile surround. WOW!!!
Why not put the washer/dryer combo IN your master bathroom? My next house will definitely HAVE this!

A little over 2 years ago I helped one of my dearest friends purchase her first home with her darling fiance’. We found the new construction and got them under-contract for their home to-be-built. We all know the last couple of years have not been the most ideal for real estate. That being said this darling couple has built about $25k in equity! Myself as well as Judy Allen prepared a competitive market analysis for them. That is INSANE and super exciting!!! I am very excited for them and look forward to their next adventure.

2004 will be equivalent to 2013. Not 2007, but good. Still below the artificial high in 2008. We are on a 8 year journey.

CNBC ranked #2.
US Chamber of Commerce ranked UT for next boom state.
Alfred Walfried states that NYC continues to make poor decisions and has asked that they look to UT as an example.
SLC offers good pro business and has a government that spends responsibly.
Utah has more affordable housing when taking into account median and home pricing.
Stock market is up 33%.
NASDAQ is still far below the false 2008.
Employment -3% to 8% stabilizing at 5%.
Utah has the best business climate in the country!!
