Why choose custom over production?

The answer is very simple you are allowed to design the floorpan to your needs and not just accept what is offered by a box box builder. You get to meet with the actual builder often once or twice a week. Talk through things. The architect is also frequently involved. It is a much ore personal touch experience. And lets not talk about the cost being often times much less.
