What i like to do for fun**

A girl has to have some fun once in awhile, right?! Well, let me tell you I definitely LOVE life! I have learned how to work hard and off-set the stress with activities that I enjoy. This is very crucial if you are going to be in the real estate industry for 30+ years.

My favorite things to do:

*traveling with my family*meeting new people
*movies *roller coasters *being a MOM!!!!
*biking *shopping!
*hiking in Utah’s GORGEOUS mountains *reading
*exploring *learning to cook
*trying new food (ethnic) *planning parties
*being with friends and family *bowling (I want to start a league~ anyone want in?)

ANYONE CAN SELL A HOME IN A DAY

It takes an expert to assure you capitalize on every opportunity for your greatest investment.

Let me help you build your Real Estate Portfolio. By the age of 34 I own 10 rental doors and with that I have created a passive income for myself of $10k/month!

DO NOT LEAVE MONEY ON THE CLOSING TABLE!~ HIRE ME, A PROFESSIONAL REALTOR WHO CARES!

Pre-Pandemic Pricing

Who else misses prices pre-covid? We as real estate professionals are seeing a small shift in favor of our buyers in the coming months. The demand is lessening up and therefore will help to balance supply vs. demand in the coming months.

The PERFECT Home!

Does this really even exist? I can honestly say I have at one point been in 80% of the homes in Davis County at one point in my life (my mom has been in real estate for almost 40 years). That being said there are many things I love when I see homes, but there is always at 1 attribute that is just not quite perfect.

So, let’s chat~ what would your dream home have? Where would it be located? What kind of style home do you prefer? How many bedrooms/baths?

Here goes a list of what I would want:

A South or West facing 2-story in Centerville. Within walking distance of places to eat and shop. 5 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms (my husband gets ready for work at 2 AM). On the main would be an office to the right or left of the front door. The office would have built-in shelves. Opposite of the office with be a living room/guest entry room. The main floor would have a laundry room with a mudroom attached coming off of the 3-4 car garage. The kitchen would have grey or white cabinetry with a HUGE pantry! The kitchen would open up to the family room for a great open concept vibe. The backyard would be covered in lush mature trees and a decent enough size for entertaining. Not super picky on the basement depending on the price point of the home. If it is under $500k (ha dreaming) then the basement would not even need to be finished. If the price point was above $700k then I would need a walk-out with a kitchen for rental purposes.

Ok, now universe get to work on creating this home for me 😉
