My career

I am so grateful for my experience and ability to help my clients buy and sell real estate! What an honor it is to assist and be a part of such an exciting process.

This evening offered a story for history! I was showing my cute clients homes and we went to the 2nd home where a dog greeted us at the door. He appeared to be friendly, so we decided to see inside. After going into the backyard where the yard was very much in fact not fenced AT ALL!!!!! So of course the dog runs out and will not come back. I start chasing down the busy Eaglewood Drive street to catch the pup. I called the listing agent to see if he knew the dog’s name, but he did not know it… AWESOME! Finally I am one with the dog and I try to pick him up, but he snaps at me! Then my amazingly cute buyer was able to grab him. We put him back into the house and RAN!!!! 😀

Happy Tuesday~ more fun stories and moments to come. Check back!

PS the dog’s name was Buddy 😉

The truth about For Sale By Owner

It might sound like a GREAT way to save on paying commissions to a listing brokerage, but I can assure you it is definitely not.

Just recently I brought some buyers to a FSBO (for sale by owner) it was listed for $409,000 in Kaysville, Utah. We made an offer for $398,000 and the seller took our offer (which much persuasion on my part). We then proceeded forward with inspection and there were a few items; that of which the seller took care of for us. Then the FUN part the appraisal took place and lo-and-behold it came in at $440,000!!!! That is insane, my buyers got an incredible deal and had INSTANT equity!! I love these kind of stories.

My cute buyers!!
